The Bourbon Adventure was launched in mid-2020, when we all had too much free time and needed something to do. A group of passionate Bourbon advocates from Kalamazoo, MI got together informally, built a Facebook group, and it was off to the races. Now we have over 1,500 members in that original group (Southwest Michigan Bourbon Hunters), with additional chapters in both Northern Michigan and Northern Indiana.
We’ve forged partnerships with local and national distilleries, launched barrel programs, and continue to grow. Through it all, our focus has been, not just on good Bourbon, but building a strong community to bring people together, share our passion, and educate those who want to learn more. Cheers!
